Pakefield Caravan Park was awarded the David Bellamy GOLD Conservation Award.

How are the awards judged?

The park take’s part in the scheme which is regularly assessed by the scheme’s team of local wildlife experts. The assessors look at the step our park is taking to:

• Manage our land as a haven for wildlife
• Reduce the use of energy, water and other resources
• Reduce, reuse and recycle the waste they produce
• Support our local community.

David Bellamy uses the assessors reports (and any comments received from members of the public) to make his awards each year. Pakefield Caravan Park is a Visit England 4* Caravan Park.

RECYCLING
We have two recycling areas on the Park that are screened and ensure that all waste is concentrated in these areas – we use a local and respected company to deal with all our waste.
